A userspace USB peripheral driver, based on the libusb library, that interrogates an Owon PDS digital oscilloscope over the USB bus, and gets it to dump its trace memory for all channels. The downloaded data is made available on the PC in both vectorgram format and/or in .bmp bitmap format. The vectorgram is also parsed into a tabulated text format that can be plotted using Gnuplot or a similar package. Owondump was originally designed for the 25MHz PDS5022s Scope from Owon, but it probably works (not tested) for other scopes in the same range. Once the channel vectorgram data has been retrieved from the scope, it is parsed into a tabulated text file format that can be displayed using GNUplot or similar plotting packages. Owondump/Owondriver is released to the public under the terms of the GNU GPL license.
